Upcoming Meetings and Events
Monthly Seattle Monroe Community Group meetings are typically the 3rd Thursday of each month from 7:00pm-9:00pm at the Good Shepherd Center in Seattle. This may be subject to change. There is free parking in the building parking lot.
During our monthly meetings, we may use either the Expand App or SoundCloud. We recommend downloading these apps prior to attending meetings. There are free versions of both apps.
Events and workshops will be posted as they are scheduled. Any changes to our meeting schedule, meeting agendas and updates regarding workshops and events will also be sent to our members on our email distribution list.

UAP Viewing at Mount Adams
Date(s): Exact date TBD, July 6–10th, 2026. The specific date will be determined in the coming months and shared with those who have expressed interest via email.
Location: The group will meet near Elk Meadows RV Park and caravan to the viewing site, which is about a 20-minute drive from the RV park.
Time: Meeting time will be shared closer to the event for those who have expressed interest via email.
Cost: You are responsible for your own food, lodging, and transportation costs. The meetup itself is free.
Event overview:
Mount Adams in Washington is often cited as a UAP viewing hotspot in our own backyard. Our group has been offered a facilitated UAP viewing meetup near Mount Adams, Washington.
The viewing site can accommodate around 25 people total and up to 6 cars. Vehicles will need AWD and enough clearance for a forest service road.

Seattle MCG One-Year Anniversary Event
Time: This will likely be a 6–8 hour event. Exact times will depend on the venue and group feedback.
Location: TBD, greater Seattle area
Cost: The meetup itself is free, but depending on venue and food costs, we may ask attendees to chip in up to $30 per person to help cover expenses.
Event overview:
The one-year anniversary of the Seattle MCG is coming up, and we’d love to celebrate with you! Think of this as an extra-long Seattle MCG gathering. We are still in the early stages of planning and would love your thoughts and feedback so we can plan accordingly.
Please send us your thoughts, recommendations, and whether you’re interested in attending by June 21 at SeattleMCG@gmail.com. The number of responses will help us determine the venue and other details. If you know of a venue that could accommodate our group, or if you are willing to host the event, please let us know.
We will share more information over the next several months as details become more solid.

Coming Together: A Monroe Celebration at Wintergreen

Event overview:
Our friends with the San Francisco Monroe Community Group are hoping to coordinate a “West Coast” MCG table for the Coming Together: A Monroe Celebration at Wintergreen Resort in Virginia this October.
This is a fundraising event for The Monroe Institute and could be a wonderful opportunity to meet others from the West Coast region and from around the world who share an interest in consciousness exploration. You can learn more about the event here.

Exploring Consciousness is based on the flagship Monroe Institute program Gateway Voyage.
Excellent for those who are new to Monroe Institute programs and techniques or for those who would like a refresher on methods, Exploring Consciousness is an experiential program offering you the opportunity to experience elements of the first two days of Gateway Voyage, in addition to other Monroe Institute tools and techniques for expanding consciousness.
Using Monroe Institute audio technology meditation exercises, you will practice with tools to guide you to deep states of relaxation, calmness and a deep sense of focus. Benefits seen in participants of Monroe workshops are improved health, better sleep, enhanced creativity and an improved overall sense of well being.
