When you join the Seattle MCG distribution list, we will send you a “welcome” email that will request that you review the pages of this website. You will receive a survey link to help us prioritize content for our meetings and events. A link to join a Signal chat is also shared in the welcome email. We send out monthly emails with upcoming events, meeting reminders, and workshop/retreat announcements. You may request to be removed at any time.

Yes. Confidentiality is one of our core values. We honor participants' privacy and never share personal experiences or contact information without explicit permission. This includes photography, video and audio recording.
-
The group meets once a month, usually the 3rd Thursday from 7:00pm-9:00pm. You can find the schedule here. Each meeting is variable in agenda to keep the content and experience fresh. This may include group meditations, interactive activities, small group discussion or sharing, and occasional guest speakers or group experiments. During our monthly meetings, we may use either the Expand App or SoundCloud. We recommend downloading these apps prior to attending meetings. There are free versions of both apps. Our meetings are experiential, supportive, and always grounded in respect and confidentiality. We will share meeting details via email prior to each meeting in addition to updating the website.
-
Monthly meetings are free to attend! SeattleMCG is a volunteer-organized and led community meet-up group. The co-leads do accept optional donations to help cover room rental costs. Weekend workshops, retreats or special events outside of the monthly meetings require a registration or participation fee. Fees will vary based on the program.

We’ve created a shared resource list where members can add book titles, courses, programs or other local resources that have been especially meaningful in their own consciousness exploration. This living document will serve as a collective library — a place to discover new perspectives, deepen your practice, and share resources that have inspired you.

Feel free to add resources that you’ve found helpful and check back often to see what others recommend!on
